2. Description of Services

RapidREI provides a web application that simplifies making offers for real estate investors, wholesalers, and agents. The primary tool, RapidOfferAI, helps users generate offers, look up property information, and connect with motivated sellers. Our platform includes a marketplace for on-market leads, and soon, a dispositions marketplace for off-market listings.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Creation

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any fraudulent activities, misuse of the platform, or any behavior that violates applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts.
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform’s functionality.

4. Payment Terms

Payments

All payments are processed securely. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are provided at our discretion. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but refunds for unused portions of the subscription are not guaranteed.
